Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for local shipping & 5-7 business days for international shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges

If a customer is not happy with their purchase, they may obtain a full refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the products. Sale items can be exchanged with other sales items and refunded within three days only. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s Payment card and will exclude shipping costs.

Customs duties, sales taxes & shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.

All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. And with the tag attached to the garment. If the tag is not attached then no refund or exchange will be possible. Kindly ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.
