The Founder

sCarine Ajouz Shaban is a graduate of the ESMOD fashion school in 2017. She worked through various positions in the fashion and creative industry, be it teaching in a well know International fashion school in Riyadh, Tv production, a stylist in fashion houses, and co owning a few businesses.



The minute she stepped foot in the country she could breathe, feel, and see all the positive changes happening and the modernization taking place. She just had to be a part of it! Hence the launch of BLACKPEPPER By Carine in October 2018. 
“Black” obviously came from the traditional Abaya and “Pepper” came from the spiciness of the colors. Black pepper is comfortable to wear mixed with a lot of modernization in the product.
